Applying for a Kenn-e-banking account

There are three ways to apply for a Kenn-e-banking account:

Submit the secure online application form. Simply follow the prompts to complete the form and you'll receive an email or letter from us confirming that your access ID and 4-digit PIN have been activated.

Call Customer Care between 8:30am and 5:00pm any weekday at 1-800-339-6573 to request that an application be sent to you.

Send us a secure email to request an application. Simply give your name and address and you'll receive an application in the mail.

Logging in to your account

You can log in from nearly every page of the Kennebunk Savings website. To log in to your Kenn-e-banking account, be sure that Kenn-e-banking is selected in the drop-down menu. Enter your Access ID and click "Continue Login" to proceed to the user authentication page.

Make sure that the image and your chosen phrase or caption are correct and then enter your password and click "Submit." As long as you are on the computer you used to register for your account, you won't be asked any challenge questions. If you are on a public or different personal computer, you'll be asked one of your challenge questions and asked if you want to register that computer.

Logging in for the first time

The first time you log in to your account, you'll be asked to read our Internet Banking Agreement and Privacy Policy. Once you've confirmed that you've read the policy, you'll be directed to the first-time log-in page. For your initial log in, you'll need to enter your account number for your access ID and the 4-digit PIN you chose when you signed up for your password. You will also be asked to set your personal security data.

Setting your personal security data

To protect your personal information, we use a Multifactor Authentication Process. It only takes a few minutes to set up this additional security.

  1. Enter your present Access ID and click "Continue Login"
  2. On the next screen, enter your password and click "Submit".
  3. If you are a first-time user or have not previously done so, you will be asked to set your Personal Security Data and provide information only you will know:
    1. First, please supply all the information requested, including your email address.
    2. Next, an image will be pre-selected for your enrollment (you may change it later).
    3. Type in a phrase about the image that is meaningful and distinctive.
    4. Choose three (3) challenge questions from the drop-down menus and type in your personal answers to all three (3) questions.

Select One of the Following Options:

    1. This is a Personal Computer. Register It.
This should only be used when you are using your primary or secondary trusted computer. Once the computer is "registered" it will not be "challenged".

    2. This is a Public Computer. Do Not Register It.
The program defaults to this as a security measure and should only be changed if you are on a personal and trusted computer.

    Click "Submit".

If you ever fail to see the proper image and your personal caption on the password page, you may be at a false website. Do not enter your password. Contact us.

Forget your password or Access ID?
